Chefs Uncut

The untold stories of Asia's most creative chefs - their obsessions, their scars, and the dishes that made them.

Behind every tasting menu is a story nobody ordered. Chefs Uncut steps out of the dining room and into the lives of six of Asia’s most creative chefs - among them Singapore’s LG Han of Labyrinth and dessert pioneer Janice Wong - the years of failure, the family recipes, the risks that built some of the region’s most celebrated kitchens.

Asia’s first chef’s story series premiered in March 2024 on Netflix Southeast Asia and SBS Australia. It’s CreatorsLab’s founding statement: Asia has some of the best culinary talent and stories in the world, and they deserve the world’s stage.
